We don't know what he did but within 45 minutes after speaking to him we had four seperate phone calls from the on site agent, mortgage company and management resolving the issue. 

Five minutes after the fourth call L.D. again checked with us to make sure it was resolved. Because of his work we had a flawless closing. So if you ever need an agent who truly looks out for his clients L.D. Smith should be at the top of your list.
